Fashion Trend: The Edge Fringe

This season, we need some headturning edgy fringe to make a statement. For a chic look, team a fringed leather top with a silk pencil skirt like Altuzarra girls. To achieve a hobo style, just try a printed silk top with long fringes and finish up with a wide leahter hat as seen on Donna Karan runway. Fringed coats also proved to be a season’s must on spring runway- as romantic as Roberto Cavalli’s black silk long fringed kaftan; as wild as Jean Paul Gaultier’s suede layered fringe coat; as crafted as Valentino’s emboidered fringe cape.

What to wear this spring? At the start of a new year, we always ask ourselves- do I need something to change? Like a new hair style, a new skirt, a new pair of shoes? And the answer probably is yes.
